Set-up in 2006, Move and Groove offers fitness and dance sessions for both adults and children. It focuses on providing fun methods of keeping children and adults fighting fit to clients throughout the local area. The business is located in Basingstoke. Classes range from teaching those as young as 18months (music and movement sessions) through to the very fit 80′s where community classes are available.

The company is managed by Rebecca Lane who is very passionate about the fitness and dance industry. Having previously worked for other local establishments and achieved certified qualifications, she is well trained to oversee the company.
